New park beside Sea World?

I was in Orlando last week and a guy that works in a camera store was telling me about things to do other than Disney and had mentioned that there is a new park being built beside Sea World. He said that it was an addition to Sea World (another entire amusement park). Can anyone confirm this???

It is Aquatica, Seaworld's new water park. It is suppose to open next year.

There's the website link.Sea World also has Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins,but Aquatica is more of a traditional waterpark with some areas that have marine animals.
