New parades for WDW being announced at D23 ?

I know that it has been speculated for months now that PTN might be heading to WDW ( and I hope it is ) but will we get news of this or perhaps a new nighttime parade for the MK this weekend ? Also , a lot of rumors have surfaced about changes and additions coming to EP but is it possible that one of the additions is a parade ? I would love to see a nighttime parade there that leads up to Illuminations (or whatever new show replaces it) . AK , now that Pandora is complete will MJJP return soon ? Maybe a new updated parade ? And I guess over at HS we won't see any possibility of a parade returning there until after construction is completed there ...but I think they could and should do a mini parade there similar to Move it Shake it at the MK .

Didn't they just announce that Paint the Night would be returning later this year at DCA? I swear I just saw an article to that effect...

And just like that, Ryan rains on the parade hopes! lol I thought Kathy mentioned on the podcast that PTN was going to DCA soon. I also wonder if they are limiting night-time entertainment in MK to give guests less incentive to stay after dark at MK and maybe encourage guests to visit other parks, like AK/Pandora maybe?

Well if there is no evening parade on the horizon for the MK that would be very disappointing . I'm going to hold out hope that an announcement will be made about an evening parade at the MK .

No officially announced but that is what is expected to happen.

Also the crowds seem pretty darn big for HAE - so not real need to have a 2nd draw to get people to stay longer at MK

Because Disneyland owns 2 parades and WDW hasn't invested in one yet?

I miss MSEP. I may have the record of the music but it just isn't the same. I miss the little bugs and the "soldier" girls at the end and the cigars puffing smoke.

Exactly, Orlando management needs to actually spend money on their consumer. There's zero respect for customer loyalty there (although the new lands are definitely a step in the right direction). It's things like that that annoy me

I think one will come for the 50th, a new one designed for MK.

I think once the work is done the studios could definitely work with one. But whether or not they'll do it is another story
