I was curious about this too. I hate coconut as it makes me gag but I would like to know if they offer a bread alternative. If not, then I'll just concentrate on all the good stuff I do like.

Is it really coconut bread? I thought it was pineapple bread?

I made this bread last night at home and I HATEHATEHATE coconut. If I bite into a coconut candy in a box of chocolates, I gag. But I guess since it's heated in the oven with pineapple, and sugar, the taste is less gritty and potent.

Ate this bread on my last trip in January, and if it had coconut in it, I sure couldn't tell.

I will say it depends on the loaf you get as to how strong the coconut is. Some loaves have very little coconut taste to them but we have had some where we thought the entire loaf was a coconut.
