I dont know if anyone knows this but, they are three new NPCs all in frontierland.
You go to the Haunted Mansion Lobby then through the little black cave with the green flashing lights or whatever. Go in the rooms... first room, a ghost (all of them are ghosts and they appear then disappear so be on the lookout) go to the second room, another ghost, then finally the third room, the last ghost..
