How about the mayor of main street walking or riding on a fire truck up and down main street?

Oh Wow that is a really cool idea I like the mayor ever since he saw it was meh birthday and he had everybody on main street sing happy birthday. I like that idea.

That would be sweet. Putting in another NPC there would help bring in more players and flush out many of the "bay be" and "taken" players.
