I have no idea.
My mom drinks caffine free diet coke and she said the doctor told her that counted as half a glass of water because of ice.

I've drank some green tea packet things today poured into water, so it'd be like...6 today...

I tell my mom that and she says no, as long as it's caffine free. -_-
She just won't listen, and she's addicted.

I told her to try the green tea stuff we have and she refuses.
And she hates drinking water.

After you don't have soda for awhile it tastes gross.
I had some caffine free diet coke on the 4th and took 3 sips before I had to throw it away because it was gross and I felt sick.

Green tea is amazing. I dring a ton of it. I'm trying to drink more of it than coffee.
It's still got caffine, but it's less than coffee.


There's a lot of benefits to drinking it, and it's good for weight loss.

What kind do you drink?
I get these honey and lemon lipton packets that I put in water.
But I'm really leary about anything you put in water because it doesn't seem real.

It's tasty but I'm not sure if it's the best I should be having...

I drink this stuff I got from Japan last time I went, but my dad went there a few weeks ago, so he sent me some when he was there.
It's really cheap over there, and in restaurants, instead of giving you free water, they give free green tea, and in some places rice I think.

I don't like the taste of the green tea we have... but I liked the one from Whittards, which was strawberry and blueberry iced green tea. Don't think it's the same as normal green tea though, because it's flavoured, and I think it's a powder.
