So i will admit i like twilight and all the series. But i read them a while before they became popular and I dont obessses over them. New Moon is my first or second favorite book out of the four of them so i am pumped to see it on the big screen (even though i really didnt like Twilight). What are your opinions?

I'm not sure whether i'll like the film. I didn't like the book much. It made me cry four times. And i hear that the guy that played Anthony in Sweeney Todd is going to be playing Caius. i don't know how well that's going to work out. But i LOVE the Twilight series so i'm sure i'll go to see the movie anyways. :goodvibes

i dont care. ill watch it anyways , i looove the special effects, i dont really care if its differnet than the book, it wont kill me.

Im a huge twilight fan, but Im not looking forward to seeing the New Moon movie. I thought the Twilight movie was horrible, and I dont think they;ll do much better with New Moon. Kristen Stewart can't act all that well, she should have been recast.

Also, I thought New Moon was the worst of the 4 books because it was sad. I love Edward and Bella and Im not a Jacob fan so this book lacked a lot for me

Lol, I thought the special effects were some of the worst I'd ever seen. I mean, seriously? That scene with Edward running up the hill really fast was extremely lol-worthy.

I like the books for a 'fluff' read. As in, they're good for mind relaxing. I don't have to think about the plot, or the writing, I can just enjoy it.

Now, Twilight as a movie kind of sucked. Kristen is a pretty terrible actress. The quotes that seemed so great in the book, really sound extra cheesy when said outloud.

I'll rent the movie whenever it comes out on DVD, but I'm not paying $15 bucks for it.

That scene was so fake.

Honestly, Stephanie Meyers should have waited for a better company to make the movie and have more money to spend to make it a better movie. I know that some low budget movies are great, but Twilight was not one of them

Movie tickets change all over the country. Where I live in NY it costs about 10 to see a movie, but I know it can cost 15-20 in NYC. Once when my family was in Maine we found a theater that only charged 5

ooo i see, it costs 4 dollars here if u go to an early showing, 6 dollars for a regular adult ticket.

Some Places probably are.. In Irvine, it is $11 to see a non matinee (SP?) Movie.. Not everywhere is as cheap as Puerto Rico ;)

lol

when i go to a movie theater in cali, i see the prices and im like

I can not wait!! [:

I don't care if people call me a twilight geek or whatever they call me, because I know I am. haha

The movie will probably be amazing, but I hate Taylor Lautner!! He'll ruin the movie (IMO)!!

that's what it is here in rural NH, but down in the cities it's closer to 10 for a matinee and 14/15 for a general admission.

I'll go see it just because the director has changed. Maybe it won't be so horrible.

But most likely it will be. My running commentary of the first movie: "Creeper. Creepy. Creeper. Awkwaaard. Awkwaaaaard. Creeeeeeper." Rob was just so terrible and Kristin wasn't any better!

This is what Im hoping, fingers crossed

I thought Rob did ok, but sometimes you could hear his accent

Yep. $14.50 actually. They'll show it at the discount theatre after it's been out for a long time (and before it's released on DVD) for 2 bucks though.

I so agree! Edward in that movie just came off as this stalker/creeper. If you hadn't read the book, you would just think he was some murderous psycho who thinks he's a vampire and who likes to sprinkle glitter on his chest.

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

I don't know if I'll see NM. It was my least favorite book. (Lots of Jacob, gag me with a spoon) I've yet to see Twilight actually

I don't know if I'll be seeing it, but since my parents like twilight I suppose I'm gonna have to.
