I was just wondering is the new monorail running yet?

Oh God. I can see it now (Just as I get to DL)

News Reporter: The HTH ride failed yesterday and the vehicle plunged down 13 stories and crashed..... I dont know why I worry about stupid stuff.

Just saw the dreams painted monorail running today. The last two days, it hasn't been loading from DTD around lunch time, so I was very happy to see it up today.

OT: Looking forward to the new Indy flick too

The thing couldn't clear a not so sharp corner and got damaged. It's not damaged fatally badly but more important than the damage, it can't make the corners without some changes. So we could be stuck with monorail temperamental for quite some time.

Not to mention the other 2 trains in production have been halted until the problem can be worked out. I wish I could have seen the driver's face when he heard that screach as he pulled out of the depot...

The new monorail has been out testing after hours this week, there is a clip of it on youtube that someone from another Disney site I read posted. It is still testing though and no news on when it will be out for guests. But at least it was up and running!!

Exactly...there is video of the new monorail (red) testing off-hours and what appears to be full speeed. Great news!!!! Looks like they got things worked out, and did not have to take the train back to Canada to fix. It looks so beautiful at night....there is a blue hue inside the cabin. Just looks so sleek and futuristic!

Look on you tube...and search for monorail video. It is out there!
