Does the Hollywood Brown Derby offer side substitutions?

I've always really wanted to go and try the filet but wasn't sure if there was flexibility with a signature restaurant like that.

I know they have lots of good food and we've eaten a variety but we like to each get the Cobb Salad, with the bread and share the Charcuterie Board.

i don’t think there’s too much they can do. Most of the items listed aren’t traditional sides (which is why they have upcharged enhancements that really are sides). I always think of the “extra” items on the descriptions as garnishes more than sides.
