Recently closed on my DVC resale, firt time member. Got my Welcome Home email from Disney today confirming my new membership. I went ahead and created my log in, and logged in. To my surprise my points for 2021 were showing already, 2020, 2022, 2023 says 0. My question is this... We are supposed to have 2020's points banked into 2021. Is it possible those banked points show up in the next couple days, or do I need to call member services?
 
If you are seeing 0 for 2022 and 2023, it means they have not yet finished loading it all. If you don’t see things as they should be in a few days, then I’d give MS a call.

That’s exactly what I am seeing. I’ll wait for the 22 and 23 points to load before worrying.

Congrats! How many days after your deed did the email take? I’m currently waiting impatiently for mine 😝
 

An update, all my points were in the account this morning :)

Deed posted on the Orange County website on 1/27.
Email from DVC on 2/7.
2021 points showing on 2/7.
All points showing on 2/8

Deed recorded 1/22, still waiting :bored:
 
That's rough. Seems to be not much rhyme or reason to how things flow out of DVC.

Yes, it’s so weird. ROFR seemed to be that way too no rhyme or reason. We are taking my in-laws on our welcome home trip and they’ll be here until the 20th so it’d be amazing to get it booked before they leave.
 
Just a thought... Our title company had us fill out an information sheet that they sent to Disney, have you verified the email address was written clearly and correctly? Perhaps they emailed and it was incorrect?

It is probably just the random processing time and order of Member Administration.
Although my name and email address is quite easy to misspell, 🤪 I hope that is not the case.
