We closed 6/18 on our 100 point contract at BWV. We called 6/22 and are still no in the system. The CM asked if I had my tempoary ID number yet. What is that?

She looked us up by my name is it possible my name wouldn't show up but DH's would. I filled out all the paperwork with my name first but everything that's been mailed to us has DH's name first.

Did you purchase directly from Disney or a resale (I'd bet you got a resale since you only got 100 points, correct?). If you bought resale, it could take a week or more to get into the system. Maybe even longer.

It often takes at least a week for the purchase to make it into the DVC computer. I'd call back again tomorrow and check again.

Your resale agent may be able to provide the membership number for the contract too - so you might give them a call, but DVC can look you up by name or SSN.

Everything comes in my DHs name but I am the one who calls MS and they put all of the ressies in my name. So once you are in the system they will recognize you as well as your husband. Good luck and it does take a whole week to get into the system.
