New members waiting for their online PIN

Our pins haven't come in the mail yet, but I just called member services to ask a couple of questions, and I mentioned that we haven't received them yet, is that normal, and the lady gave me my activations codes for me and my husband right over the phone.

Yes, that is normal...we got ours over the phone a couple days after we agreed to buy. I was able to see our vacation details online a week or so later. We used our developer point for a SSR trip this July. We also got our letter of confirmation in about 2 weeks. Congratulations! It will all come together for you

We bought this past week. We put down a deposit and booked a reservation the same day. The next day member services gave us a pin and we were able to access member services online.

Ok I have not gotten my PIN yet..Should I call tomorrow so I can get it lol...I'm so excited to use the website,I can't wait!!!!

Yes, if you call MS they can give you all the information you need to access the website. We purchased last Monday and had full access to the website by Tuesday.
