I am patiently awaiting my welcome package from DVC I joined last Friday. I can't wait to get it does anyone know how long it takes to come in the mail also when will I get my Pin so I can go online?

I just bought over the Phone on Saturday. I called memebr services today and booked our November trip. I didn't need anything but to verify my personal info and they were able to look me up. Then this afternoon fedex knocked with our package. Even with this package you can't go online yet. You have to wait for the pin to come seperate. If you are looking to book just call member services.

If you call memeber services they will give you your pin. You also need the Club ID. That comes in the package, but they gave me that over the phone too.

I got my package in about a week. It had a very nice tote bag, a box to hold all the paper work, and smaller folder with what you have to sign.
