I am real close to buying in DVC at SSR just wondering if there any one has experienced any problems in getting reservations to other DVC properties at WDW Thanks

Yes and no. Depends on when you want those other properties.Since you have only the 7th month window at any but your home, you may have problems getting BWV or BCV at any time during the Food & Wine Festival or VWL during the Christmas season (any time from Thanksgiving on).

We own at OKW and rarely stay anywhere else, because we like our "home", but when we have wanted to, we have always gotten a ressie after the 7 month window.

We to are CLOSE to signing, and have the same cautions about getting ressies at other resorts (7 month).

We love the 1st week of December, and want to stay at either BWV or WLV. What are our chance of getting a 2 brdm at the 7 month window at either place?

If you are set on one of these two places during this timeframe I would suggest that you buy a resale there. Even if you can get them now doesn't mean that will be the case over the years with additional DVC properties being built. It is the only way you can make sure you get what you want, when you want it. Good luck with your decision.

My home resort is Saratoga Springs. I have stayed at Saratoga Springs, Boardwalk, Vero Beach and Hilton Head all in the past year always getting the room and dates I've wanted.

Even if I needed to stay at another resort I think I would be happy too. Each place has it's own qualities and charm so I cant wait until I've stayed at all the DVC resorts.

We own SSR but never stay there. We have stayed at SSR (once) VB(soon to be twice), BC (2 times), OKW and VWL since we joined about 2 years ago. We booked all of these at 7 months or less without problems. The big times 7 months will be a problem are at BCV & BWV during F&W Fest. and VWL during Christmas. School breaks can be tough anywhere. Don't sweat it, if you are nervous, make a ressie at SSR at 11 months then try to switch it to the resort you want at 7 months.
