Gotta comment on this Business Failure.... all personal opinion, not replying to comments.
Yup - it's a Business Failure. Now, we HAVE our cards - so my wife and I are happy. But
DVC announced "new cards next month" in DECEMBER, 2015.
Then? They clammed up.
We have a minimum of TWO THREADS, populated by folks that have no IDEA when these stinking cards are actually going to show up. THAT is a total Business failure.
It indicates lack of communication between DVC, the shipper, the poor individual putting out the newsletter (informing everyone to CALL if they had not received their cards - about Feb 15).
I really hope ALL of you get your cards. But please - REMEMBER this stupid business failure. There is no excuse for it - people should be FIRED over it. All it took was a plan, properly executed - and NONE of you would be "in the dark" on a daily basis. We complain about the DVC Website - perhaps we should be focusing on the lack of decent DVC business management.
