I'm at CSR now and they just announced a new lunch buffet


Maya Grill
Lunch Buffet
noon - 2:00pm

Seasonal Fruit Bar
To include: canteloupe, honeydew, strawberries, watermelon, whole oranges, whole apples and bananas

Salads:
Mixed greens with choice of 4 dressings, tossed caesar, grilled marinated vegetables, antipasto, oriental vegetables w/ ginger peanut dressing, marinated cucumbers

Hot Station:
Jambalaya, penne pasta tossed w/ porcini sauce, chicken pot pie, baked mahi veracruz, sauteed vegetable medley, garlic mashed potatoes, red beans and sausage

Dessert:
Selection of desserts from in house bakery

Assorted breads and rolls

$17.95++ per person

18% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more

Buffet times subject to change

Thanks for the menu update! How are you enjoying your stay so far?

If you get a chance, could you please check whether the prices have changed on boat & bike rentals and massages, etc. from what's posted on the web? Thanks!

P.S. The pictures on your site have won over my skeptical Dad and he's really looking forward to morning and evening walks around that lake in early December! My Mom was happy to hear about the good bus service!

Prices have changed a bit and new thngs have been added like a guided bass boat fishing excursion. I will but updated photos on the web when I return.

For those of you at CSR now, I'm wondering if you could do me a favor--

If you got to Maya and you remember...would you mind asking if Esmerelda still works there? My family met her there a few years ago and would like to stop in to see her on our June trip, and I'm hoping to confirm whether or not she's still there.
