I have no idea when I am going to pack. This month is nuts. Timothy's birthday party is Saturday with the mad s ientist. First time I have done kids at my house usually I am smart and find an event elsewhere....

Oh no, I haven't made our shirts yet!

I did, however, complete our FE goodie bags This is our first disney cruise, so please do not expect too much. I looked at the FE goody examples on one of the threads here and oh my gosh some people are amazing!! Ours will not compare, but I did split our goodies into 3 separate deliveries. I figure with such a small group it might be better to spread it out so the kiddos (us big ones included) get to have more 'mail.' I haven't figured which 3 days we will deliver exactly, but I am thinking beginning, middle and end- brilliant thought huh

I need to use mommy is not an octopus with my son! I like that! I haven't thought about packing. We are having our son' birthday party the weekend before we leave which doesn't leave a lot of time. I may be awake very late the week before our cruise!

I was also browsing the other FE gifts on the site and I saw some items that are similar to what my daughter and I are making and they were works of art. We are venturing into scrapbooking for the first time with the family gifts. Please remember that when you see them and remember they were made with love.

Micknminni, just be warned that if you say it too often, he will start finishing the sentence for you! I start to say "Mommy is not..." and he finishes the rest for me.

I still have to make the magnets and figure out something for pirate night. My daughter, 9, has just informed me that she wants to dress up like Izzy from Jake and the Neverland Pirates. I'm not sure if we are going to have time to make shirts too.

I think I'm slightly starting to panic!!!
I made the packing list.
Now I need to dig out some summer clothing for all of us.
Also, still waiting for my FE from Tiffany. I just emailed to check on the status!
I have some of my FE items done, but have one more thing I want to do.
I also still have to make our t-shirts!

I was trying to find the images in the earlier posts and they are missing?? I'm not sure where they went...can anyone help with that?

jenleon - I'm excited that your DD wants to dress up like Izzy! I can't wait to see how many Jake's, Cubby's, and Izzy's are on the boat! My 3 and 4 year olds are so into that show now. I made my DS a Jake costume but I'm not sure if he'll wear it. He doesn't like attention so sometimes avoids my attempts to have fun. My DD wants to wear it if he doesn't. I'm making her an Izzy outfit this weekend. DS says Daddy should dress like Captain Hook and I should dress like Smee (huh???).

As I've been reading all of the notes above, I'm right with everyone on the hectic schedule working up to the trip. On the bright side, it's almost here!

If anyone with little ones in the 2T-4T size range, there is a very cheap pirate costume available on Amazon for $5.19. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002SZDPRA/ref=ox_ya_os_product If you are a Prime member, it even ships for free. I just received it and it is a one piece dress up costume. Nothing fancy and thin material but if you only need something for the pirate night and maybe a little bit of dress up, then you can't beat the price. I don't know if DS will even get dressed up on Pirate night so I didn't want to spend a lot on a costume. This fits the bill perfectly!

Tiffany just got back from vacation today so I would imagine you will be receiving it soon. I emailed with her while she was away and she said she could have ours done by Feb 29th.

Happy 2 week mark everyone!!!!!

I still haven't gotten around to going thru and organizing the summer clothes but I wrote a packing list yesterday. We've got our 6 year old niece for the long weekend so I don't think I'll be getting much done. We are surprising her in November on her 7th b-day with a trip to WDW so we are starting to do sleep overs now so that she gets used to being away from Mom and Dad. We are going to go with friends that have a daughter who will turn 8 right before the trip. So we've been getting the girls together for play dates and they get along great. Today's plan is to meet at the Rainforest Cafe for lunch. Neither girl has been there before and it always reminds me of Disney because the first time I ever went to one was the one outside AK.

I started packing today. Almost a full suitcase of non-clothes items. Yikes. I sure hope we can fit everything for the 2 of us in 2 suitcases.

Well the 6 year old did keep my very busy. Rainforest was fun and then we went back to our friends house so that the girls could play and we could make some more plans for our November trip. I'm really looking forward to that since it will be our only park trip this year.

I'm going to get organized tonight. Now that the big sleep over is done I can use the guest room bed to lay out clothes. I am planning on just 3 dresses since I can use one of them for formal night and Palo's. Now I'm going to head over to the general cruise board and find out if capris and a peasant blouse are okay for Pirate Night. We've got silly pirate hats that we bought a long time ago at WDW for a Princess and Pirate party at the MK so I'd feel silly wearing it and being dressed up.

Spent two hours tonight fixing our park reservation that was somehow mixed up by Disney. Bought our annual passes. Then spent two hours sorting fe gifts into families. Now I have a " to buy" list and a packing list. Hubby packed 90% of his and Timothy's things, with a list so I can double check. On line check in completed and printed off. A folder of documents to bring has been put together. Buying shoes tomorrow. Finally I feel like I am accomplishing things for this vacation. Whoo hoo. 7 more days until we leave.!!!!!
