I'm getting a new laptop on Tuesday :yay:

At the moment I use my work laptop at home, but I'm restricted to what a can load onto it (not got administrator access :sad1:).

Getting a Dell Studio 15 (2Ghz Core 2 Duo, 3Gb Ram, 250Gb HD) :)

Sounds cool. Unfortuantly I can't warrent spending money on a new laptop, mine is only two years old

Just about to order a Dell Studio 17 as my current Dell is nearly 4 years old and has had alot of use :)

Claire ;)

Laptop arrived this morning and I'm now online, wireless network connected very easily and all my software is installed :)

Vista took a bit of getting used to, but I'm beginning to like it!

When our laptop went bang,we bought a box to put the old hard drive in to re-cover all that was on our old laptop :confused3,sorry i am not very technical :rotfl:.We have done this now,but cannot get back the emails that were in the deleted box, does anyone know how to do this?.These emails were confirmations for our holiday, pre order of photopass(the email they tell you not to delete)receipts for items i have purchsed,my sacred MJ tickets, etc...Any help will be much appreciated.x.

If you were using Outlook Express you may be able to find the .dbx files associated with your old mail if your old user directories still exist on your old drive.
Can't remember where Windows stores the mail files - I think it may be in 'userdata' somewhere? Perhaps someone who knows a bit more than me can help :)
