Hope you are feeling better today. Those little falls can be very serious. My DD got a concussion slipping and falling off my deck (3 steps) a couple of weeks ago. Scraped up the side of her face and a major terrible headache for a week.
I have to push myself a lot! Hanging on looking forward to the WAY to short of a mini vacation trip to WDW in January 2009
Free weights for lower body went well at the gym last night.
Hagen & I did 3.4 miles this morning ... 82 degrees, humid, HOT... very thankful for the steady breeze! Oops...did make a stop at a Yard Sale and purchased a couple of books for Hagen
BunnyFoo: I am not good in temps above 70 it was a challenge to keep moving this morning. - BUT I knew tonight would be worse!
June Goal: 200 miles - combined walking & biking

It's days like this that make me wish I had a pool or at least access to a pool! In the meantime, I'll just have to settle for an iced green tea 
At least that would make it tax deductible!
and I don't think that's going to get any better. In fact, we're looking at starting overtime July 1. It's a challenge to work overtime and still work out properly. BUT - I've done it before so there's really no reason I can't do it again. Of course, I've said that about my weight for the last 5 months, too, and I have hardly lost a thing.....
