9 Eye is from the Timekeeper, which was the attraction where the current Monster's Comedy Club is held.

Since 9 eye used to be where Monsters Inc Laugh Factory is and they released items for both attractions, I bet we get the Test Track Items as well as the World of Motion (the ride before Test Track) ride car that we see in the loading screens. Now what replaced the cable cars? hmmm.
