New Items 10/23

Try buying 10 of all new items ...
I am trying, I am trying! :rotfl:

I'm half-way there with 5 of all the new stuff today. I too got extra boots back during Native American week, so I think I'm good there, though will have to re-count.

I'm a few k under 20k credits! Which for me, anything under 30k I call my red zone, and I hate being there. (30k is the most expensive thing I've ever seen in VMK (Quest Kiosk) so if something were to come out for only one day I want to be able to buy it... In case you're curious 30-40k is my yellow zone, on the idea that I can get 10-20k in one day playing fireworks, so if a 50k item came out I'm still in the running. Over 50k in my pocket and I'm in the green. Did I need to say all that? No, probably not, ah well...) Fortunately I'll be home from work tomorrow and Thursday and should be able to get back in the Green then if I can muster up the fortitude to play some fireworks...

I'm so sick of fireworks. :crazy2: All the playing this month has really worn me thin. I think I only played 2 games all last week... just terrible. :sad2:

But I shall screw my courage to the sticking place and girdle up my loins and just get to it! (Or however you say those old timey phrases ... :rotfl: )

Fireworks... Here I come!

lol... Isn't it funny how we didn't get any real new costumes (different colors) Except Mal's new hat. But that we just spent a fortune getting so many?!! Lol I just bought 8 of each one and then turned around and bought 5 more cowboy hats and 5 more cowboy pants! Amazing..lol amazing :rotfl: but then we all know how well they will trade! :)

:cool1: pirate: :dance3: :wizard:  :woohoo:

Anybody else think it is a little odd that the Native American boots go with the Cowboy costume? Esp considering the spurs/no spurs issue, why wouldn't they make two different shoes, one for each costume...and pants for the Native American costume!

I'm sure this was discussed when the costumes first came out, but I wasn't here then, so this is the first I've ever known about the names of the costume items.

Here here KT! I'm in total agreement! The native American costume needs its own pants and shoes. I envisioned pants with fringe down the sides, and a pair of mocasins.

Well, you're better at fireworks than me. I can only make it to the 5th round when I'm not playing with all the really good players. And this month, that's been pretty rare. :p

I'm lucky that I saved up so many credits last month to prepare for this. Of course, they did throw in Bat Magic, which I still need to get at least 2 more after finally making my own a five star.

But, I'll have to spend next month building my credits again.

Of course, watch Yavn and team finally release either magic carpet or treasure finder for 10-20k after we've all spent all our credits.

Which is exactly why I hate being in my Red zone. :)

Wow, how do you guys accumulate so many credits?!? If you consider the red zone to be under 20K, then I'm really in deep trouble, LOL. I'm pretty much only good at Haunted Mansion, and I swear, I cannot even feel my right hand at the moment. It's entirely numb. Not to mention, I'm seeing green and pink speckles everywhere I look, haha. I've already spent 1,000 credits on the Mal hat. Now I have about 500 left, which I'm also about to spend before I go to my last class. That leaves me with NADA. So I shouldn't be hearing complaints from all you people with at least 20K! :p

For those of us w/ a life...lol, you won't be seeing me getting so many costumes. I think I'm good with one for myself and two or three for trading.

You play Mansion until your hand is numb? I play Fireworks. I just so happen to be able to score over 240,000 points nearly every time. And when I do this and come in first place I get 675 credits. When I do this and don't come in first place I get 1300 credits. It took many many games of Fireworks to get this good. I also usually play Yeti Vision Level 3 earning an additional 1-3k credits there per day.

Did I also mention I have no life? :p

I only get about 250 credits, sometimes 300, each time I play Haunted Mansion. And considering how behind I am on some of the Halloween items, yes, I am in fact playing until my hand goes numb. This won't be good for my upcoming Physics class, LOL.

Lucky, lucky you. If only I had the skill to do Fireworks. I practice and practice... yet I have not improved. :confused3

Mal I bet you like the hat and it's a nice add for when im in dragon mode

Aww. :grouphug:

Don't worry. I took me almost a year of playing fireworks to get good enough to get to 240k with any kind of regularity. And that's only if I'm not up against several of the best players. Then I don't even make it to level 5 and only end up with 150 credits. :(

All that I want to buy out of that list would be Cowboy outfit, if I have enough credits. If not just the Cowboy hat. :)
