New Info on VMK Pin/Card sets

It's about the same as normal shipping on any site to me. Safer then e-bay or Amazon.

That's true. I've never had to order anything from them before so I have no idea about the shipping. It is still cheaper for me to go in person. We'll probably be going over that Tuesday or the weekend after so we might be able to pick up something for someone that can't get there.

now have spent a total of $210 on a total of 15 sets of pins. My family is a big pin fanatics and this helps. My dad loves stitch, i love stitch, my sister loves minnie, and my mom loves chip and dale. I'll let you all no wht i get and may be trading a few.

Anybody want to come with me to the pin store at Downtown Disney (or maybe a park pin store instead) first thing that morning? We can buy pins and trade between ourselves to minimize duplicates.

I'm going to try and be there that morning. Maybe we can trade pms closer to that date and coordinate a meet up time?

Unfortunately, there is no way you can just get what you want by buying the pins from Disney. We went through this with a CM and a manager at WDW the first time we came up on this marketing strategy two years ago. So, even if you are not happy with the pin, you can not return it. We were also told, if there is something wrong with the pin you get, there are still no returns. We were so angry the first time that we refused to complete our purchase that day which was a very large pin sale. At least you can get two pins and two VMK cards for the $14. Last time you had to spend $15 for each chance at one pin.

The only thing I would suggest like others have said is to either have someone else get the pins at WDW for you (which is still just luck of the draw) or trade with others here.

I'm sure you all will get them too. Maybe we're just getting them first. I notice sometimes I'll see a pin release date for DLR, then see it again a month or so later for WDW (and vice versa) on the open editions.

But feel free to whine to me if you don't get them. I'm a big believer in equal whine time

How nice they have a release date for these. I wish they would do that will all VMK in park stuff. I am looking at my callendar and seeing what I am come up with. I wanted a few days in WDW with DH sans the kid!

Oh yes and they are ALREADY on ebay! sheesh!!
