I've been casually looking at the Tampa/Clearwater area but am worried about the average income and average household income being so low compared to where I live now. Florida in general seems to have low wages compared to the rest of the country, I guess with sun and sand to draw people they don't have to pay much.

I certainly like the home prices though.
