New ideas to use mypoints for WDW?

I'm running out of things to use mypoints for. I already have $75 for RFC when we go to WDW this summer & have gotten lots of GC for B&N as gifts. Is there anything else for WDW that I'm missing? I don't want to use them for WC as I try to stretch the points as much as I can. Thanks.

We drive so i redeem for gas cards. Also, we stop at a hotel halfway so i get the Marriott gift checks. Oh, and we love going to Bahama Breeze one evening for dinner so i redeem for those gc`s as well.

I just heard that you can redeem for disney dollars, under travel, vacation miles, disney. I haven't checked it out yet, but that's worth a look.

I think it is just $$ toward a MYW through that link--for a while they also had 3 day pkgs for kids and adults, but those were all gone when I checked earlier this week. From my understanding it is used like $100 towads the MYW, but not for disney dollars. I must admit that I hope I am incorrect--I have almost 27,000 points and I'd like to have that as an option. Right now I'm thinking gas cards for the drive.

I traded my points for a WebCertificate - then paid, I believe around $7 for a plastic card, that looks and can be used just like a mastercard, wherever mastercard is accepted.

BUT BEWARE, the card will expire, and you will lose all the points on it. Best to get it and use it ASAP.

Not a webcertificate. When it expires just call them and they send you a new one. The only thing to watch out for is the inactivity fee. I believe it is 6 months without a purchase or 3 months without a redemption. (or vice versa - I'm not exactly sure). Mine expired in August and I didn't realize until September that it was expired. I called and they sent a new card right away.

I get the webbie but I save the fee by printing out the page from webcertificate and taking it to TDS and have them run the number manually and then I get $DD. I cash out as soon as I have enough so its usually just $10 but I like I said I save the fee by not buying the plastic card.

Another thing ypu can do is call whatever hotel your staying at and give them the mastercard # over the phone and have it applied to your hotel bill.

This also saves the plastic card fee.

Ive done this twice.

Once for our WDW trip last OCt I put it on our ressie

and just recently we have a trip to Vegas through funjet and a TA so I just called the TA and had her put it on our balance.

Actually this way is easier then the $DD from the store.
