New Ice Cream Shop in Koolina!!!

Black Sheep Cream Co. has opened a new location across from Aulani! This is a locally made ice cream with homemade add ins (brownies, toffee etc). They also have freshly made waffle cones & waffle bowls in original (cinnamon) or chocolate. Her flavors change constantly, so something you see on Monday might be gone by Wednesday. Usually she has about 12 flavors available at a time. My favorites include "Guilty of Strobbery" strawberry ice cream & "Joe Gets Nuts" coffee ice cream with macadamia nut brownie bits. It also looks like they offer milkshakes, floats & affogato at their Koolina location. I also advise considering their ice cream flight so you can sample many different flavors! The standard flight comes with your choice of 4 ice cream flavors & homemade hot fudge or caramel sauces, but you can skip the sauces & get 5 ice cream flavors instead. Their hot fudge is soooooo good! I sometimes splurge & buy the hot fudge sauce to pour on my Guilty of Strobbery in chocolate cone! Other flavors I like: Must Have Your Pistachio (pistachio ice cream with pistachio brittle), Matcha Made in Heaven (green tea ice cream), Once You Go Black (black sesame ice cream), Mr Grinch (mint ice cream, seasonal).

You can follow them on Instagram & the other locations are Waipio (original), Wahiawa, Kakaako (in HMart food court), NEX food court. These locations also sell pints & quarts & you can also purchase cones to-go, I haven't made it out to Koolina yet, so I can't confirm whether pints & quarts are available.

Sorry, all locations only on Oahu. Idk if she could maintain quality so far from "home base". She is also available for catering! I've seen the owner posting for weddings & birthday parties.

As I mentioned, I haven't been to this location yet. I can only quote what I see on their Instagram page & of course, prices are subject to change.
From Instagram:
single scoop in a cup $5.25
double scoop in a cup $7.75
waffle bowl or waffle cone add $1
ice cream flights (description in original post) $12
pints (flavors rotate depending on availability) $10.75
*cup of homemade hot fudge or caramel $1 (not posted, but this is price I paid at Waipio location in the past & unconfirmed if Koolina pricing is the same)
affogato $6.75
root beer float $6.75
shakes ??? (pricing is blocked in IG photo) Other locations that offer their shakes are priced at $6.75 but comparing the affogato pricing, the Koolina shake price is probably higher by a $1 or so. They have a Black Sheep shake of the day or you can choose 2 flavors from the menu.

I tried to check Yelp as well but there's no page made for this location yet, so I do not have access to customer photos.

This pic is from a different location & much lower than the actual pricing in Koolina. This might be either their original location on Ka Uka Blvd or their Wahiawa location on Kamehameha Hwy. I didn't post these because I didn't want to mislead people on pricing.

Oooh Wahiawa is where Wow Wow Lemonade is too! Heck of a great snack stop for a north shore day!! Off to see if there’s Wow Wow on Maui!!

ETA: Shut uuuuuup!!! There IS!! In Kihei!! I’m not taking this glass jar back for refills but you can BET imma have myself a lilikoi lemonade while I’m there!!! Daughter proclaimed it easy on her acid reflux too, unlike FL lemons.

There is in Kihei according to their website, but no longer in Wahiawa (I think the Black Sheep Wahiawa may have taken the previous Wow Wow Lemonade spot) but it does say they're somewhere in Haleiwa. They might be part of a co-op out there, but I'm unsure since I've never been there yet. We also have one of their refillable glass jars.

Thank you for this!! Everyone should keep in mind flavors can change constantly, so be open to trying whatever they have.
