New Hub area - is that the wishes fastpass area?

Does anyone know if the new area on the hub in front of Casey's is for wishes fPP+ area?? I will be there 03/29 and would rather be in a sea of people than off to the side....

The new Wishes FP+ reserved areas offer spectacular nearly on-center
views of the fireworks.

Below is a "work-in-progress" of my overview of the new Hub.
The two FP+ reserved areas are highlighted in magenta.
Some of the "outer" sidewalks shown have not been built yet.
Some of the unfinished areas have since been finished.
Again, a work-in-progress, all the way around.

So I managed to snag FP+ for Wishes on May 11th. It says the viewing area is :
Main Street Plaza Gardens Viewing Area :
Reserved viewing location adjacent to Casey’s Corner and Plaza Restaurant.

From the map above this appears to be either the West or East FP+ locations. Is this in effect yet , or still being constructed ? Sorry for the dumb question just curious..

Yes, these areas are open and are being used now. They do afford a great view. We used a FP+ on this a couple weeks ago.
