New HP area?

I know there will be a new ride (bank coaster), a new Olivanders and the Train between the parks. But will there be a new restaurant?

I heard about the possibility of a tea shop on the IoA side but what about the US side?

I'm sure it is still all rumors, but sometimes rumors are true.

I imagine a new restaurant or two will go into the new HP area. I don't know what they could be so we'll have to wait until more details are released.
