I wouldn't worry too much about these rumors. If half of them were true, Disney would already be the largest landowner in the US, and there's be dozens of theme parks from Honululu to Bangor.
The chance that Disney would buold a third resort complex in the US is extremely low, particularly considering that growth rates have been relatively stagnant since the mid-1990s. A new American resort complex would absorb crowds from the existing parks, which would hurt the company.
The economic climate may change in the future, making a third complex a possibility sometime down the road, but presently, there's no need to hold your breath.
