New hotel being built in Port Canaveral

We were in Port Canaveral/Cocca Beach today and noticed a new hotel. It will be the closest to the port. It's a Homewood Suites (Hilton properties).
It is on the same side of A1A as the exit ( 1/4 mile) to Grills and Fish Lips and less than a mile to the exit for the Disney Cruise terminal.
I don't have any info on when it will open or costs.

Thanks so much for posting! Homewood is our absolute preferred hotel when traveling, breakfast every morning and dinner/snacks Monday through Thursday nights, including beer and wine. Great properties generally.

According to hiltons site they are taking reservations for stays beginning May1st

We had a room booked there the night before our cruise in Sept but decided to just stay near disney for a few days before.

Exactly why we prefer Homewood too! They have never let me down, no matter where we are traveling!
