NEW Hong Kong Disneyland pics

Didn't DL open in '55 with only 20 attractions ?

In the context of Disney opening a new park today, that is not a valid comparison, and I think you already know that.

I still don't know how many attractions HKDL will have but I don't think many theme parks have over 20 attractions, except for the MKs. IOA opened with 20 including the kiddie rides. D-MGM and AK have less than 20. Even EPCOT doesn't have more than that although it has some big ones. Even, Tokyo Disney Sea, amazing as it is, doesn't have much more than 20.

I guess I don't read the same papers. I'll be interested to see your example of China threatening to take Hong Kong by force. That would be as if the United States threatened to take New York by force.

Hong Kong has been a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China since July 1, 1997. Prior to that, Hong Kong was a British Crown Colony.

Yes, Hong Kong is part of China but an SAR and under some influence from the PRC. I think the threat is that if HK woke up tomorrow and said "we are going to be a completely seperate country," then Uncle Beijing may start rattling some sabres. And it's not completely out of the question.
