New Homewood Suites - anyone stayed/reviews?

This is a bit preemptive since I think it opens today?/soon, but I would love to know what people think of the new Homewood Suites on Harbour. Pictures would be awesome!

Yep! I'm on their FB page, I was just hoping for some in person reviews We are staying Dec 9-16 so we will overlap with you!

The facebook page says they are open but reservations were beginning November 15. We're going in March cannot wait to see reviews as well.

New Homewood Suites? Do they still have the one catty corner from Denny's or is this the same place, only updated? When I stayed at the other one a couple years ago, it looked like they could do with a remodel.

This is one down next to the Toy Story parking lot on S Harbour south of Katella. Not as far south as the one near Target/Outback.

following this thread because I have been dying for them to open and reviews with actual pics to come in!! We aren't going til next summer so we have plenty of time....and they are open today they originally were accepting reservations earlier than the 15th

We booked a few months ago, and were able to get a rate of 134/night!

We got 141/night for the family suite in Dec, but those same dates are 179-199/night now.

I looked at Christmas Eve, Night, and the day after...... also, that is the AAA rate.
Its up because of the holiday, I am sure.

We got the king room with bunk beds for 149/night for next summer....but if it is still the same as when we booked the longer you stay the cheaper it is, I think if it is only 3 days or so it is more

Ditto. Family suite with bunk beds $149 in March.

Who knows? Originally it was December 2015 and now it says First Quarter 2016. I have it bookmarked and check every couple days.

What's weird is I just looked up Hyatt House and the press release had it for Spring 2015 so this is quite a delay!

I almost decided to switch to this hotel from Candy Cane Inn next week. Love the idea of a brand new hotel, but I'm concerned about the distance to the park. Hard decision!
