New Holiday spectacular coming to DHS

anyone know if they are planning to add this to the d-lights tour? I was thinking of finally doing that tour this year but noticed all they did was removed the osbourne lights and kept the price the same (maybe adding dinner in).. while still pricey, I think I still like the idea of doing this as our special holiday thing but I would want this show to be included to make it worthwhile...

Anyone know if/when we will see the dessert party or event schedule past December 10th?

@Disney mac - It seems that it is unlikely you can do both (or have a decent viewing spot if it's possible), based on people's experiences with the Star Wars show.

@HSchramm - Here is a thread that is keeping up with show dates, mostly for the purpose of booking dessert parties. But, likely this will be the first place to post when the dates are released. Be sure to read the first few posts as yulilin does a great job of updating those with the most recent info.

I was there tonight. I would say the show is okay.

It started out with a strange attempt to get a sing a long going but that ended after the first sequence. The best scene I think was the Nightmare Before Christmas. I say this because this felt the most original content while other sequences were mostly just random clips surrounded by a Christmas wallpaper. Those clips seemed randomly selected to me too. At one point it was characters hugging each other, but I was think some of these scenes are depressing parts of the movies. Outside of the projections I have to admit that the combinations of "snow" and lasers creates a wonderful glitter effect. They went a bit heavy with the snow this first night though.

They haven't added it to the schedule after 12/10 yet. If your trip is after that date, that is why you aren't seeing it :)

Lots of entertainment schedules that they haven't added after that date..... maybe they are still getting a "feel" for holiday crowd levels?

Show debuted tonight. Heavy on projections light on the BAM!

Yep, I watched the live feed from the Dis last night as well. I have tickets to this for Christmas day and while I have nothing else to do I seriously considered canceling this as I wasn't impressed.
