New Hire Documentation

Well I'm just a couple weeks away before arrival and I'm still waiting for my new hire login info. I've received a couple different emails telling me I need to fill it out but none with a login name or password. should i keep waiting or should i give disney a call?

Isn't your login name your email and then your password is your canidate ID number? Cause that's what you have to use to get into the roommate matching and the Disney trivia game that they have on the onboarding website. (I don't actually know, since I'm not arriving until August, so I haven't done this yet.)

I would probably just call them if you leave soon. It's much quicker then waiting for a response here!

Well after 2 phone calls and an email.... they finally sent it to me! They weren't sure why it took so long either but none the less I have it now. Thanks everyone for all your responses!
