HI everyone..

I am new to this board. I just went on my first Disney cruise. I did really good dieting before my cruise. I lost 20 pounds. Now that I am back I can't seem to get back to walking.
 
I hope that you enjoyed your cruise. 20lbs is wonderful, way to go! Now, get up & get moving again. The weight has a way of sneaking back up.

How about a SUPERGOAL to get you walking? Over 35 of us WISHERS are committed to walking the 1/2 marathon at Disneyworld in 1/2005- that gives you almost 18 months to train and get in the habit again! It's kept me walking almost everyday and working on my speed. You'll have to search maybe 1 or 2 pages but you'll find the thread if you want to read more about it- we'd love to have you join us!

thanks for the welcome. I have been n ww before so I am using that program with out going to the meeting. Snacking is a nig problem around here. ANy help would be great Kelly

Welcome to WISH!!! THere are many different challenges, and threads that have motivation on them. Hopefully you will find what you are searching for.

We are getting ready for our first DCL cruise, don't be surprised if I ask you questions!;)
 
A very nice person told me that my link to the Challenge post didn't work, so I'm posting again to try to get it right :) But the link didn't work <i>again</i> and since I can't figure out <i>why</i>....I'm very frustrated.

It's great to see you here on WISH, <b>kelljacques@aol.com</b>. Will you be taking the WISH challenge and joining us? I sure hope so, I could use another person in my support group.

If you decide you would like to join us would you mind posting to the WISH challenge thread too? You will find that stuck at the top of this board. I like to keep a roster of all of my WISH friends and I use that thread to keep track of everyone.

So, are you planning to join us? Please say yes. We have a lot of fun here and everyone here is just so helpful and supportive. I hope you will join us.
