New Here - Need Advice re: Rental Homes

I'm not sure where to post this, but I'm looking for advice re: rental homes in the Disney area. Specifically, this is what we're looking for:

Close to Disney
5 bedrooms (or 4 if it has a minimum of three queens and the 4th sleeps three kids)
3 bathrooms minimum
pool/spa

Nice to haves:
Fireworks view
Disney themed kid room

Anyone have any specific suggestions for rental homes that meet the above criteria? I've been out to vrbo.com but there are so many to go through, it would take me all week!! LOL

I have a friend that found a home near WDW on Ebay. I'm not sure where he looked on the site , but you might take a look.

I have many friends that have used All Star Vacation Homes and have been very happy with the accomidations. They are mostly located on 192 behind the area where Splendid China used to be. Very close to the back door that takes you to the Animak Kingdom Lodge.
