Sorry if I should be posting this question in another forum. (If so, please direct me - I'm lost.
)
I have 2 Shih-Tzu dogs who travel with my husband & I very regularly. They are used to being boarded in kennels which have spacious rooms rather than "cages", or at least large indoor / outdoor runs, walks, TLC time, etc.
I've read several posts regarding the dog kennels on Disney properties. I read some things that had me
but, the posts were all months or years old, so I'd like some input here, please. My husband & I will be at POP for 8 days in Aug. I love the idea of boarding my furbabies close by, but ONLY if I can get some positive, current, feedback about the facilities at WDW.
I'm also a bit confused about the kennels. Do the facilities and services vary from say Epcot's location to MK's location??? Do they take reservations?? I've read varying statements about that too. I've read where some folks say they must walk their own dog, others said that is not the case now. Also confusing is that someone mentioned that "anyone" can just walk in to walk "their" dog after hours??? As the poster mentioned, this would not be a secure environment.
Thanks so very much for any help you can give me and for forgiving me if I'm not posting in the correct forum.
