First off, I just want to give a big thanks for everyone for all the great information on this site!
I've been lurking here for the last month while planning my vacation and finally decided to sign up.
A little bit about me: I'm 24, I work as a Financial Analyst in NYC. I've been dating my wonderful girlfriend for the last 2 years, and we're finally taking a trip to WDW. This will be her first time ever...I've been about 15 times, mostly when I was younger. My last trip was in 2008 (we've done DCL for the last few years).
My parents bought into the DVC back in 1995 at BWV. We're staying there on their points for 9 nights. We leave 5/24 and are both very excited. I think she's a little overwhelmed and is leaving the planning to me.
We're purchasing 10 day park hopper tickets. I'm also surprising my GF with one-day tickets to Universal IOA for the Harry Potter World (I know that's not the real name...); she's been a fan for many years and has no idea this is coming. We booked the package that includes the Mears shuttle...
After doing some of my own analysis on the different dining plans offered, we added the Deluxe Dining Plan to our reservation. I've made ADR's at the following restaurants (lots of signatures):
Brown Derby (F! Dining Package)
Kouzzina
Rose and Crown
California Grill (for our Anniversary meal)
Jiko
Flying Fish
Artists Point
Chef Mickey's
Hoop Dee Doo
Citricos
Kona Cafe
LeCellier
Chefs De France
Narcoosees
...and I'm sure there will be more to come.
