New help selecting 2 restaurants

I'm going to a conference in Disney World late next month at the Yacht Club, and while I've made several ADR's already, I still have 2 dinners left to select. I have an AP, so eating at a restaurant in a park is fine with me. Anyway, I'm kicking around the following restaurants, and would like opinions on which ones you think I should choose. I will be by myself, and I don't like seafood or Chinese/Asian food. Other than that, I'll eat about anything else.

Anyway, here they are:

Crystal Plaza - would it look weird for a single woman in her 40's to eat here? I've not tried this restaurant before but have heard good things about it and have thought that I'd like to give it a try in the future.

Liberty Tree Tavern - ditto on the first question. I've have eaten here before and enjoyed the food.

Mama Melrose's - I've never tried this one before, but the chicken parmigiana looks like it might be good.

San Angel Inn - I ate here in December, and despite almost everyone else's opinion, I liked the meal I got.

Tutto Italia - I had just discovered Alfredo's in 2006 and loved it, so I was disappointed when I heard a new restaurant has taken its place. I love Italian food, so it does intrigue me. (And since my work place is paying the bill, $12 cannoli's don't scare me! )

Shula's - I love a good steak. I ate at a Shula's in Washington DC one time, and I thought it was pretty good.

FWIW, I'm already eating at Chef de France, Le Cellier (twice - my favorite place!), and Sci Fi. I've never tried Sci Fi before because I always went to Prime Time Cafe. However, I ate at PTC last year and had one of the worst meals of my trip and the service was subpar. I thought I should give some other places a try.

Any help would be appreciated!

My choices would be Crystal Palace and one you don't have here--Trail's End Buffet

We have never done Crystal Palace for dinner--only for breakfast. We love Mama Melrose, but a lot of people on the boards hate it. My husband has had the chicken parmesean and loved it. Do you have an ADR at LeCellier. If you love steak, we love the filet here.

We really enjoyed Flying Fish. Their steak was one of the best I have ever eaten, and it is at the Boardwalk.

Tutto Italia is receiving rave reviews. We will dine there next month and I can't wait! I also like San Angel Inn...love the atmosphere. Crystal Palace is okay, but I would choose the previous two over it. I don't like Mama Melrose or LTT. LTT have gotten a lot a subpar reviews as of late. I also really like the Brown Derby...I have yet to have a bad meal there.

I liked Le Cellier in Canada's Showcase, Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and The California Grill is always exceptional.

Definitely try Tutto Italia! Seriously one of the best meals I have ever had at WDW.

These aren't on your list, but I would suggest Jiko, Cal Grill, Brown Derby, or Spoodles.

We had dinner at CP in Aug. It was ok, kind of chaotic, but the food was decent. However, we really went there for our kids. If they weren't with us, we would have eaten at one of the above places.

Since work is paying definitely go to Alfredo's. We dined there last December as we were on the dining plan and the food was great. And yes my name ends in a vowel with two italian grand mothers that cooked both southern and northern italian food, mom's mom could have opened her own restaurant. As far as dining alone - they will seat you at a table for two and bring along one of your Disney guides to peruse while you dine. Have a glass of chianti for me. Buon appetito!

Thanks everyone! I'm definitely going to try to Tutto Italia. And now I'm going to throw a monkey wrench in - I think I'm going to try Boma. I'm a DVC member at AKV, and it might be a good chance to try this restaurant since I've heard so much about it. My mom normally travels with me when going to WDW, and I know that she'll never want to eat at Boma. Between the cost - she's a real cheapo - and the food selection, I'll never get a chance to try it when she goes with me. I'll try to get a little bit later time as I know transportation is going to be challenging. I guess I'll take the boat to MGM and then catch a bus to the AKL.
