New Harry Potter expansion's impact on Disney crowds

When the original Harry Potter land opened in 2010, did the crowds increase or decrease at the Disney parks? Is there an expected impact this summer? I'm planning a Disney trip at the mid to end of August and I am really hoping the crowds won't be increased by too much.
