Reading through my new copy of Unofficial Guide 2007 on page 475 it is mentioned that characters Jack Skellington and Sally will be hosts of a new annual Halloween event different to MNSSHP but Disneys answer to Universals Halloween Horror Nights, starting on selected nights in October 2007. Anyone know anything about this, I've not seen any mention of if anywhere else?

I would be really interested about this. I've been to MNSSHP several times and although it is good I much prefer HHN.

It was rumoured ages ago that MGM would be doing special Villains hallowe'en parties, there was talk of them starting this year. Looks like it may happen for next year though - personally I think it'd be great.

That would be fab! :thumbsup2 Hopefully it'll be when DD and I are there... :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Oh fantastic! I hope this is true, that way I can do both MNSSHP and this next year!! Just hope it's not too much like HHN as that it far too intense for me and mine!

That sounds exciting. Hope it isn't too scary for the extremely jumpy among us (i.e. me!)

I hope this is true!!!

Sounds great.

I hate horror films, dont even watch them but HHN was soo funny. Cant wait to go back next year.

Although MNSSHP beat HHN as I got to ride the Snow White ride with the dwarfs!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

This sounds fantastic....I would be able to incorporate this into my 2007 / 2008 plans. I will keep an eye open for news on this one, especially as my kids are nuts about Tim Burton and NBC.

This has been romoured for a while and was supposed to be starting this year but was postponed (alledgedly! :teeth: )

I hope this is true though - that's just another excuse to go back to WDW in October! :lmao:

We were Jack and Sally this year at MNSSHP and spent Halloween at DTD watching NBC 3D! :3dglasses DD5 loves that movie - she sat there with her rather large glasses on and her popcorn and didn't speak the whole way through the movie! :rotfl2:

How about asking the guy with the inside knowledge if he can shed any light on the rumour.
OK Simon any comment :wave2:

It might be best to PM Simon to make sure he sees this, and point him to the original thread so he knows what you are talking about. I'll merge this onto the original thread to keep it all together for the same subject :)
