:woohoo: Postie delivered my Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2009 edition this morning. Perfect for getting my planning going in earnest.
My excitement slightly tempered by the threat that it would be wrapped up for my Xmas :rolleyes1

I asked DH to pick up a copy of The Brits Guide to Disneyland Paris last week. I could hardly contain my excitement on seeing the Waterstones bag in his hand. It quickly turned to nausea as I realised the book inside was way too thick to be the Brits Guide to DLRP :( But then I realised it was the 2009 Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World (the man has spent 4 weeks in total in Orlando but still can't distinguish Disney WORLD from DisneyLAND:rolleyes:). He reached to take the book back and said "I'll get a refund". I said "don't you dare, it's bought now, we might as well go back to Florida". :lmao: I've been reading it since.

I do wish the new parts would be printed in a different colour or with a strip down the side of the page though, for those who've (obsessively) read the previous editions.

The colour photos are very nice. I just wish there were lots more of them.

Got my unofficial guide this week to, I know it hasn;t changed that much fromt last years but I do enjoy just reading it :)

Cyrano....how can you ait until Christmas, so much will power :worship:

how did you get it on cd??

No sorry, I got the 2008 version on CD. It's the proper one, not a copy and it's brilliant. All the info right there, menus, links etc. It's like a website on a CD. Got all info you could ever need. Everything in the book, just easier to get to.

Will be getting the 2009 on CD too. Off to look now actually! :cool1:

This looks as if it is trading on Simon Veness's publication Brits Guide to Walt Disney World and Orlando image :confused3

What does that mean? lol

I think I might be talking about a different book to all of you. :S

That looks shockingly like Simons. Copywrite theft in the offing
