*NEW* Grilled pork chop @ BOG

Has anyone tried the *new* grilled pork chop at BOG?

Here's what the menu says: Grilled Pork Chop -served with Salsify Silk, Corn Melange, and Pancetta Bacon

and what exactly IS Salsify silk??? and would I like a corn melange???

Just wondering how different it is from the thyme scented one they had before...

oh, and a picture would be AWESOME!! or just a good review...

Sounds like they're trying to hard to make this fancy. Maybe they're going to make this a new signature restaurant. (kidding... maybe)

I don't know what Salsify Silk is but I think the corn mélange is mixed vegetables with corn being the main ingredient.

Salsify is a root vegetable, like a parsnip.
