New Golden Mickey Ears

When I ordered our ears from WDW Merchandise they said the gold ears didn't come in youth so I ordered all adult for the kids, do you think they will let me exchange them when we get there also do you think we would still be able to get them embroidered free or we would have to pay?

When they first got them in at World Of Disney at DTD, they only had an adult size. Recently, I've seen another set over where they sell the youth hats. They are $9.95 as opposed to $11.95. I'm assuming that means they are a child size. As long as you have your receipt, I would assume you could get them embroidered free at MK. That is the only place to get the free embroidery.

Could you order the ears the day before you left for WDW and have it delivered to your room the next day? Or do you you have to stay concierge??

I know that Days Of Christmas has done GOH badges and has sent them to resorts for people. I don't know about the shop in MK which is the only place that does the free embroidery. You might call and ask them. I'm pretty sure that your resort will not arrange anything like that for you unless you are staying concierge.

Ok I checked my ears, they are the adult size and I was charged 9.95 the sticker is even still on them and they say 9.95. Now I had to call my sister who is at Disney World now and ask what she paid. She said 11.95 and she questioned them when they rang them up. They told her that was the price and everywhere she checked they were 11.95 for the adult ears. Also there are no youth sizes in gold. She said she checked and no they do not carry them only in black. that is also what Disney Merchandise told me. However, I did find my receipt after much digging through trash cause I started packing everything and getting rid of all the receipts, boxes and bags. But I will be taking that receipt to MK to see if they will indeed embroider them for free. Also I think I am going to try and go to the craft store and buy some elastic to sew on my daughter and sons hat.
