New Gift Giving System?

When i went onto HOST_Sparkys Gingerbread Blue Start you could get off and so I clicked the box and heres what happened:

Maybe this is the new gift giving system?

I Believe Donald Pops out right as you open the gift, aka double click the box.

There is also, Mickey, Chanukah, and other pop-ups that come along with each different present.

I saw this in the ride-a-thon thread last night but I still haven't seen them out of the box myself. Hopefully someone will have double clicked it as I pass by, LOL. I did let out a very loud shriek when I first saw the Donald present in the other thread. The Duck gets some good representation in VMK at last! Vindication!

And may I just say, if anyone of my friends out there is planning on giving me a give-a-gift, I certainly hope you know which of the two (Mickey or Donald) to get me!

And as days points out we discused this last night, I credit WDWForever with pointing us towards these instructions, I just post the picture as a whole.

I would also add I get a white box crash whenever I open a box so cool present lol - take that lol

ok wat does it mean buy " unused gift item "? i am confused i read the steps and everything, but i am not fully sure wat to do. can someone plz help a fellow diser.

well, first they are not yet available, second they can probably only be given once. It is clear from the instructions that once you type a note it is permenant - that is the point it is considered used. I infer from this that we will buy a stock of these presents and may then at any time attach our note (or keep the default note) then give it. Since we can leave it in a friends room, it is not impossible it might be not tradeable or only tradeable once or something odd like that.

i think you can give it to someone after it given to you. so unused probably means that it hasn't been given to someone already. like if i gave a gift and it says 'just for you', if you give it to someone else you cant change the message it will always say 'just for you'

i think they will be tradeable beacause it says that you can use them as quest prizes

you double click the box, and then mickey or donald pops up, and then a card comes up. Whoever gifted you the prize can write a little something

you dont get a prize for clicking on the box but clicking on the box makes mickey (or donald) to boing out of the box and land on top. i absolutly love the boing sound. and then you get a little note saying happy holidays
