NEW Gay Day Schedule...

Okay now guys..... ...

Everyone has the right to their opinion and if someone doesn't want to be at Disney during GD's then that is their right not to go and to verbalize it as well (with taste). Also, those reading who disagree are able to rebuttle the issue.

I could care less what happens since anything that keeps the front doors of my fav. place on earth open...I'll take it!!!!!

Why can you people not understand that to some posters on this board hate, intolerance, and narrow mindedness are not acceptable lifestyles and that a lot of us don't want to expose our kids to that.

I personally thought the poster was being considerate in providing such notice.

It appears however, that YOU are not being very tolerant and are being quite narrow minded in attacking someone for their personal beliefs on a controversial issue.

In addition, judging by recent elections, it would seem that 70% of your fellow Americans do not see things the same way that you do. I'm sure that irritates you, but comforts the majority of citizens in this nation.

Respect is a two way street. You have to show it to receive it. You have yet to prove that you are worthy of any.

Forcing a controversial subject on people who in no way wish to have their personal beliefs trod upon is not a way to earn it.

BTW: Gem, what would Walt Disney himself do?!? Really, think about it.

Geez!

ncgolfer, hate to burst your bubble but WDW attracts lots and lots of gay guests AND employees. Not only that, I do believe Disney offers benefits to same-sex partners in order to specifically attract talented gay employees.

And you expose your kids to this every time you visit WDW.

I guess Rosa Parks should have just taken that seat at the back of the bus and kept her mouth shut.

There's absolutely no point in even replying to the rest of your post. :sad2:

Apologies to Chuck, who was just trying to be helpful.

No one forced any subject on anyone here. The post was clearly about the Gay Days schedule. If you don't want to go then and you don't want to know about it... don't read it! And please keep your judgemental comments to yourself. If ncgolfer didn't want his or her personal beliefs trod upon then maybe he/she (and you) should keep your beliefs personal. No one here asked to hear about it. That's not what this post was about.

Thank you, Chuck, for the information.

As you requested, I am closing this thread now.
