Proud Owner of an Xbox 360
heres the low down
Xbox 360 was popular because of the games that were lined up, and the next couple agmes are still kick ***. But it was a good seller because the PS3 was delayed.
PS3- Seeing this is the 3rd playstation and all of the other PS masterpeices (Guitar Hero, GTA, and many other games) many people have high hopes for this new thing. But in my opinion the controler is a boomarang with thumbsticks.
Revolition- WO! Nintendo, who brung us many sweet games, comes out with this new Next-Gen system. From what i read even though the controler is a bit weird (I will find a picture for those who have not seen) but it makes some gaming a bit easier. You just aim the controller at the screen and the gun, character, or reticle is aimed at that point. The controller also has the thumbstick atachment for those who wish not to move like that. I have not read about the game lineup for the rev. BUT IT WAS ANNOUNCED IT WILL BE ONLINE! first full system (except DS, its a handheld) thats online for nintendo!
now in my opinion about the 360 its so sweet. Graphics are nice, but nothing to drool over like other people said. The dashboard is like a website, you can buy and download themes (theme for you dashboard), gamer pictures (pictures that players wil see you by on there friends list). Theres arcade games you can download demos for and buy. Theres full demos for good games like Call of Duty 2, Battlefeild 2: MC, GRAW (Ghost Recon: American Warzone), among others. But to buy games and pictures you need to buy points off a credit card then use points to buy them. Then theres the Achievments and gamer score. When you play xbox 360 games to a level or place you gain achievments. For example in Call of Duty 2 if you beat the game you get an echievment that is around 100 gamer score. Now you earn up gamer score to show off to your friends. I have around over 1k and i only have 4 games. (Call of Duty 2, Tony Hawk: Amer. Waste., Oblivion, and Project Gotham Racing 3). Then the all important middle button on all 360 controllers. In 360 games this bring up the mini-dashboard. here you can see friends, achivments, players, change your themes, and all that. Since the 360 has USB ports you can plug in things like my iPod. When you plug it in theres a music player on the mini-dashboard that you can choose your iPod, then the songs to play while your sitting there or while playing any 360 game! I sit there and listen to Soul Man while killing Nazis in Call of Duty 2.
I guess thats all that i can remember. Choose wisely! (picture is coming)
