I would think that would be ok. It couldn't hurt to have a couple requests out there, in case one stumps the DIS masses. I posted my question knowing I have a picture of it, so I'm waiting to see if anyone else was <i>goofy</i> enough to take the picture also.

So, if someone suggests a certain picture, the person posting the suggestion should post the picture if no one else does, right?

Sure, you're welcome to post a new challenge if you're posting a picture to a previous challenge.
You don't *have* to have the picture you challenge for, but if it's something really off the wall, it'd be nice if you did
Anyone who does *not* post pictures is welcome to post a challenge of their own if the challenges on the table have gone unanswered for a while (12 hours? 24 hours?) Let's keep the game rolling!!
