New frozen ride coming in 2016 to EPCOT! Replaces Malestrom! Love a new ride but wish Disney would cool its jets on the whole Frozen thing!

They are also extending the singalong at DHS along with the trading post

Does anybody know what they mean by extending it? I can't see any dates at all, so can't tell whether anything will still be on when we get there in four weeks time.

We’re extending some favorite elements of Frozen Summer Fun LIVE!, too, so that guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios can continue singing along to “Frozen” songs with Queen Elsa and Princess Anna. Wandering Oaken’s will set up shop closer to the show through the holiday season and will feature a larger play area with real snow (in Florida!).

TBH if your not into Frozen it's quite easy to dodge it in the parks,it's been so lucrative they'd be mad not to milk it

Does anyone know when the Maelstrom ride is closing? As I love that ride and would love to have one last go on it...

I'm there the second week in October so fingers cross I can fit one more boat ride in. I'd even stay for the film at the end lol..

Agree to an extent, although HS has really gone into it in a big way. We have just come back and the park stops for the frozen show and fireworks, sections of the park close and it greatly increases the congestion in the park . Our fast passes for Toy Story Mania were also canceled - reassigned to allow that section of the park to close for fireworks.

October 5th! Super glad I rode it one last time!

I generally enjoy change so although I love Maelstrom, the film is old and I'm happy to try something new. Not sure how they will keep to the educational theme of Epcot though in World Showcase with this ride and I think they should try to do that. That's what sets this part of the park out as different from all other theme parks.

Yes - the ice lights go on the castle every September ready for the start of Christmas season

Unfortunately with any DHS fireworks it closes TSM because the launch points not just Frozen fireworks.

During the day we didn't find it over the top unless you got caught by the parade.

Excellent! I've just had a look and booked a fastpass for it, so it's definitely on while we're there.
