They have goals. Based more on quality and efficiency now, than revenue per hour. Sales are recognized though.

Another question .... when I take the survey after the call does that really help the cm. Ususally I'm dealing with MS for DVC and I always take the survey but I've always wondered if anyone pay any attention to it![]()

Almost though!!! I wish you all luck in the morning. I won't be getting up. I got up early the day CP dp were made available... and was on hold FOR EVER. And that was after taking half an hour just to get through the line. (got "all circuits are busy" for that time0
I'm strictly DRC, sorry. The company is big on satisfaction surveys. We even get them emailed to us after product experiences and training.



12 hours. Should be in bed. As for the crazies, I love it.
