New food place opened on south harbor?

Does anyone know if they have opened the new place that is replacing Millie's outside the Fairfield Inn on south harbor blvd?

I read somewhere it's rumored to be a Panera. According the Anaheim parcel notes; plans are approved and a demolition permit has been pulled to demolish the existing building with plans to build the new Panera closer to the Harbor sidewalk. Should be interesting. It may be a year or more before it's done. I will see it next week.

Just left the area today--not much to see at this point--there was a walled off area, but nothing resembling a building. I think it'll be a while.

We were at the Fairfield earlier this month and one of the employees told us that it will be a Panera Bread. He said that Anaheim was giving them a hard time with the permits and it took forever to approve the plans. The contractor was at the site going over the plans. Fairfield is going to lose some of the valet parking spaces while they constructing the new building. They are going to demolish the current building and it will take about 4 months to build the new restaurant.
